License
Last updated October 29, 2026
Copyright (c) 2026 Teseria (teseria.dev). All rights reserved.
This is not an open source license. Free elements can be used without paying; Pro elements need a paid plan. Nobody may resell or republish either.
1. Definitions
"Software" means the elements, components, source code, styles, design tokens, sounds and other assets published on teseria.dev or in this repository, including any modified or derived version of them.
"Free Elements" means the parts of the Software marked free on teseria.dev. "Pro Elements" means all the rest.
"Plan" means an active Yearly plan or a Lifetime plan bought on teseria.dev. The Licensee is the person or company whose account holds the Plan; a company Plan covers its employees and contractors working on its projects, within the limits the Plan had on teseria.dev when it was bought.
"End Product" means a website, web app or application in which the Software is one part of a larger work, and whose value to its users does not come mainly from the Software itself.
2. Free Elements
Anyone may use and modify Free Elements in End Products, commercial ones and client work included, without a Plan, under the limits in section 4.
3. Pro Elements
Only a Licensee may use Pro Elements. A Licensee may use and modify them in End Products, commercial ones included, and build End Products for clients. A client may use and maintain the End Product built for them, but gets no right to use the Software anywhere else.
Without a Plan you may look at Pro Elements' previews on teseria.dev, but you may not use their code.
4. Never allowed, Plan or not
- a. Selling, sublicensing, renting, sharing or giving away the Software, on its own or modified, including as a component library, UI kit, template, theme, starter kit, design system, plugin, package or code generator.
- b. Republishing the Software in a form others can take and reuse apart from your End Product, such as a public repository or package that collects it, a template marketplace, or a site that hosts its code.
- c. Using the Software to build a product that competes with Teseria.
- d. Removing this notice from copies of the Software's source.
5. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Teseria keeps all rights to it except those this license grants.
6. Ending
If a Yearly plan ends, End Products published while it was active may keep using the Pro Elements in them, but you may not use Pro Elements in anything new. A Lifetime plan does not end on its own.
This license ends automatically if you break its terms. You must then stop using the Software and delete your copies.
7. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL TESERIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. TESERIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PLAN.
