If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and you'll get your money back in full, no questions asked.

What's covered

• A Lifetime purchase, within 14 days of buying it.
• A Yearly purchase or renewal, within 14 days of that charge.
• A duplicate or mistaken charge, at any time.

How to ask

Email hello@teseria.dev from the address on your account. We'll reply within two business days.

What happens next

Dodo Payments returns the money to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded plan loses Pro access straight away, and a refunded Lifetime seat goes back on sale.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days aren't refunded. You can still cancel Yearly from your account at any time, so it won't renew, and you keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for.
